Annapurna region, a famous trekking destination of the world, provides the visitors an opportunity to see some of the highest mountains of the world including Everest, Manaslu, Lhotse and many other beautiful peaks. Treks in the Annapurna region gives the visitors an opportunity to explore the unbeaten and untouched trail along with the majestic views of snowcapped mountains just in front of them. South Annapurna Expedition trek is designed for those trekkers who wish to trek in an extremely remote and isolated region with an opportunity to explore the Tibetan culture and lifestyle followed by the people living in this region. This less visited and peaceful trek is an alternative trek for the people who want to explore the beauty of Annapurna region but want to stay away from the crowd of people going to the Annapurna Base Camp.
South Annapurna situated at a height above 7000m lies in the heart of the huge Annapurna massif and connects all the three mountains. South Annapurna Expedition trek offers the visitors a great opportunity of sightseeing of some of the famous mountains including Everest, Annapurna I, II, III and IV, Fishtail, Gangapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri Peak, Puthi Himchuli, Churen Himchuli, Mukut Himal, Thapa Peak, Tilicho Peak and many other beautiful mountains. You will also get an opportunity to explore the wilderness, vegetation and a wide variety of flora and fauna found in the Annapurna region. One can experience the unique culture and lifestyle of people living in this region.
South Annapurna Expedition starts with a drive to Nayapul from Pokhara. We will start our trek via many Sherpa, Magar and Gurung villages to reach the Kopra ridge which is located just below the Annapurna I. We will the pass the sacred Khair lake to reach the basecamp of South Annapurna. After completing the expedition, we will return back to Pokhara and then end our marvelous journey.

6 Trek From Jhinu Danda to Sinwa (2,360m)
7 Trek from Sinwa to Himalaya Hotel (2,920m)
8 Trek from Himalayan Hotel to Machapuchre Basecamp (3,700m)
9 Trek from Machapuchre Basecamo to Annapurna South Basecamp (4,130m)
